Vocabulary review 1.

You have to memorize the words above the line.  You will see them over and over and you need to recognize them quickly when you see them.

We'll actually move on to a new verse next time.

  1. Somehow, it seems hard to think of "waft" as having an intense form. Maybe you could give a little explanation of the usage in context. I always was taught that the word was from the root chrf (I do not have a Hebrew type face) for "hover" and the Phrase was "Gd hovered above the waters."

  2. Exactly why I am slowly introducing the idea that these labels, like "intensive", which do not describe the FUNCTION, should be replaced. "Hovering" also is not exactly something you can do intensively either, is it? Despite the existence of helicopter parents, eh? There will be examples upcoming of what I mean. I have a full writeup that I can email you a PDF of but I can pretty much guarantee that you'll get brain freeze if you try to swallow it at one gulp, like eating ice cream too fast.

  4. Ya know, I keep getting these mystery knocks on the door like somebody or something is trying to get in..... If it's your mind I'll send it your way. I chain mine up at night but it doesn't always help...
